If you want to make changes to your registration please contact Leanne Sherwood at leanne@conference.nz or phone 03 379 0390.

Reassigning or cancelling your registration?

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners ("RNZCGP") or its agent ("Conference Innovators") in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $150.00 will be made provided notification is received at least 30 days before the conference.

After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of RNZCGP. If, for reasons beyond the control of RNZCGP or for reasons of delegate health and safety, the conference is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred by RNZCGP.
